Ruby was born in Beijing, China, where she received a Bachelor Degree in Fine Art from the Central Academy of Art & Design and a Diploma in Graphic Design from the Beijing Art & Design College.
Ruby owns and operates Ruby Tuesdays at the corner of Woodbine Avenue and Gerrard Street East.
