The Frazier Report is an independent investigation commissioned by the City of Oakland at the cost of $100,0001 to look into the Oakland Police Department's handling of Occupy Oakland on October 11, 2011. Thomas Frazier, now the Compliance Director over the Negotiated Settlement Agreement [NSA], is the head of the Frasier Group, the group that wrote the report.
The report was published on June 14, 2012 and was highly critical of the police action.
