Street Smarts is a program by the City of Davis to promote traffic calming by educating drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.
There was a kick-off celebration in Central Park on October 7, 2006.
In 2007 the City is running a content for school children for poster designs. The entry form says that the deadline is October 26th.
